Security BSides Dehradun 0x03 has no ticketing bot, no support portal and no queue number. Behind every address on this page is a volunteer with a day job who reads their mail in the evening.

01 The form
Five fields. Four of them required.
The subject is a list rather than a free-text line because it is what decides which volunteer opens the message. Everything you write goes to us and nowhere else.
Where this goes
Handled by our host, which files the submission and emails it to info@bsidesdehradun.com, on our own domain. No third-party form service, no CRM, no mailing-list signup behind the button.
The form itself sets no cookie and adds no tracker. Analytics are a separate question, and the privacy page says what they are.
How long we keep it

A retention period is being settled and will be published on
the privacy page before registration opens. Until it
is, treat a message as kept until your question is answered. You can ask us to
delete it at any point.
If you would rather not use a form
Nothing on this site requires it. Four of the six addresses below reach the same volunteers the form does. The page says which two are narrower, and why.

The form is a convenience, not a gate. If you would rather keep your own copy of what you sent, write to one of these instead. This is a shortcut, not a filing system to learn.

Anything at all
The venue, travel, volunteering, villages, workshops, a broken link, and every question that does not obviously belong somewhere else. This is the address in the footer of every page, and the one to use when in doubt. We will pass it on.
Attending
Tickets and getting here
A ticket, a registration that went wrong, a refund, an access need, a letter confirming the conference for a visa, or an entry to the capture the flag. Ask early, particularly about access: an honest answer sometimes needs a walk around the building.
Speaking
The call for papers
Questions about a submission, the format, or a decision you have already had. Read by the review board rather than the general team, so it is also where to ask how a proposal was assessed.

Reporting an incident
Read by the founding team and the team leads rather than by everyone with an organiser badge, and past them a report goes only to the people dealing with it. Use it during the event as well as after. You decide how much to say and what you want done about it. What happens next.

Every other address here is a shared mailbox. This one belongs to the founder and lead organiser and is read by nobody else, which is the right choice if a shared inbox is the reason you would otherwise not write at all. It is slower, because it is one person.

Are tickets on sale?
Not yet. When they open they will be on KonfHub, starting at ₹899 for students with a valid ID, ₹2,299 individual and ₹5,199 company-funded. Those are the first-stage prices and they rise twice, so the register block has the whole ladder. Asking us will not get you an earlier link.

When does the CFP open and close?
It opens 1 October 2026 and closes 25 December 2026, with decisions by 14 February 2027. The CFP page computes which of those three it currently is, so it is never out of date. First-time speakers are explicitly welcome.

Where exactly is the venue?
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Bidholi campus, Dehradun, at 640 m / 2,100 ft above sea level. The postal address is Energy Acres, P.O. Bidholi Via Prem Nagar, Dehradun 248007, Uttarakhand, India. To be confirmed Which halls, and which gate, go up as soon as the room allocation is signed off. Venue and travel carries the airport and railhead.

Can I run a village or a workshop?
Yes, and we would like you to. Running a village explains what a village is and what we provide; workshops go through the call for papers because they need a room and a slot. Pitch the idea before you build the material.

Who is sponsoring 0x03?
